The new batch hasn't changed much compared to the previous one.Because we're using paper whistles, we unfortunately can't increase the powderweight / burn time any further, as too many pressings would compress the papertubes, leading to whistles exploding. However, I'm working on long-term solutions for this.
 
@Funke : wouldn’t it be possible to use bio degradable plastics instead of paper?
As this would make it possible to compress the powder more than paper/pulp.

It can be just as rigid as regular plastics allowing for longer burn time and better consistancy.
