free sale: fountains,small bangers,firecrackers (raudi manna, mefisto manna, magnum, mini ciccioli,picchio....)
V categoria (5° category): you must be eighteen or more: medium firecrackers (puma,magnum testanera,megatresk,cobra 171v....) medium rockets (testa rossa,soviet,cuore rosso....)roman candels and medium pyrotechnic batteries (lily magnolia,world,imperiale....)
IV categoria (4°category): you must have firearms (porto d'armi) and license of shotfirer: big firecrackers (cobra 33, explod,bomber 99,cobra 6-5-3,atomic 6-5-3,rambo,squalo,dinamite,folgore.....),
2" pirastar,big rockets (california...),big pyrotechnic batteries....
professional: you must have firearms and license of shotfirer: 3",4",5",6",7" display shells, professional batteries......
best italian pyrotechnic brands are parente,alessi,borgonovo,teanese.

if you go in milan you'll found prices very high in comparison to other cities like Naples (in general in southern Italy prices are very low).
if you have firearms (porto d'armi) you shouldn't have any problem in buying 5°cat-4°cat- professional fireworks in Milan for example in this shops:

but we are in Italy and often the laws are optional ===> if you don't have firearms you mustn't lose hope because in a lot of pyrotechnics they don't ask you anything and you can buy everything you want.
for example i live in bergamo near milano and i bought from naples a lot of fireworks making them illegally ship to save money and also i bought in the pyrotechnic near me some good stuff (5°-4°-professional) with no document (i'm also fifteen).....
you should find the right places with good prices and where they don't want firearms.....
