Fallas 2008 zit er aan te komen en daarom heb ik maar een nieuw topic aangemaakt.
Van onze crew gaan zeker mee: Mattenfreak,Kruitsnuiver,Mantronix,Firespree, en ikzelf (Moontan). Mogelijk dat ook Gerwin mee gaat. Dat is op dit moment nog niet zeker.
Ik heb er verdraaid veel zin in weer. Mascleta,s en shows bezoeken, maar natuurlijk ook weer stoken in de rivierbedding. Borracho,s, Pyrofantasia,s etc.
Wij houden jullie uiteraard op de hoogte van de nieuwtjes.

First day of the Flower offering to our Lady of the Forsaken (“Virgen de los Desamparados”) from Calle La Paz and Calle San Vicente towards the Plaza de la Virgen. The flower offering finishes around 1 a .m. in the morning

MARCH 18th (Tuesday)
At 01.00 a .m.
Fireworks on the Paseo de La Alameda (between Exposición Bridge and Las Flores Bridge).
At 11.00 a .m.
Homage to the poet Maximilano Thous , at the monument in his honour located at crossroads of Calle Sagunto and Calle Maximilano Thous. After finishing, a “ Mascletà ” will be staged.
At 12.00 p.m.
Homage to the “Maestro Serrano” , taking place at the monument dedicated to his memory in the “Avenida Reino de Valencia”. After finishing, a “Mascletà” will be staged.
At 02.00 p.m.
Mascletà (sound fireworks) in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall Square)
At 04.00 p.m.

Nit de Foc , the most important fireworks display in The Fallas Festival on the “Paseo de la Alameda ” (between Exposición Bridge and Las Flores Bridge)
At 11.00 a .m.
On the “Puente de San José” (San Jose Bridge), flower offering made by the “Fallas” Queens and their Courts of Honour in front of the statue of the Patriarch. A “Mascletà” will follow.
At 12.00 p.m.
Mass in honour of the Patriarch St. Joseph, in the Cathedral Church, staged by the Central Fallas Council and the Carpenters Guild with the attendance of the “Fallas” Queens of Valencia and their Courts of Honour. Mass sung by the "Cathedral Choir" and the orchestra from the Conservatoire José Iturbi from Valencia.

At 07.00 p.m.
Cabalgata del Fuego (Fire Parade) along Colon Street with a spectacular firework show in Porta de la Mar Square.

Cremà or burning of the Children's Fallas having obtained First Prize among the Fallas of the Special Section.
At 11.00 p.m.
Cremà or burning of the Children's Falla in the “Plaza del Ayuntamiento” (City Hall Square).

MARCH 20th (Thursday)
At 00.00 a .m.
Cremà or burning all the remaining adults Fallas in Valencia.
At 00.30 a .m.
Cremà or burning of the adult “Falla” having obtained First Prize among the fallas of the Special Section.
At 01.00 a .m.
Bouquet of aerial fireworks in the “Plaza del Ayuntamiento” (City Hall Square) and Cremà or burning of the “Falla” in this plaza

Je bent nog iets vergeten 24 februari La Crida, programma van de dag word pas in februari bekend gemaakt maar vast staat zonder La Crida ook geen Crema (en alles wat er tussen zit) oftewel geen einde zonder begin.
Op 24 feb krijgt de fallera Major(la reina) de sleutel van de stad.

Het begint op te schieten, op dit moment over 3 weken zitten wij nog even bij elkaar op de bank om te genieten van de DVD's en daarna te gaan slapen om zo de volgende ochtend te vertekken!!! :D:cool:

Hebben vandaag ook de kleding binnen gekregen die wij besteld hadden. Vorig jaar hadden wij een T-shirt gekocht in Valencia met op de voorkant "Senyor pirotècnic, pot comencar la mascletà!!!", maar daar stond achterop een afbeelding van de kroeg die die T-shirts verkocht. Dit jaar hebben we ze dus zelf gemaakt, met achterop een logo zoals de DVD-titel van 2007 luidt; "Vuurwerkcrew.nl - Stoken met VWC". :D

edit : ik heb hem nu zelf ook bekeken , en ik meen het serieus , ik heb nog nooit zo 'n abnormaal masterlijke film gezien , dus bekijk hem , en raap je kaak van de grond af :bonk: .

Tja, trekkend door de straten van valencia, een hand vol tro the bac en een startschot met een dikke traca.
Dan ken je er eigenlijk niet meer om heen dat de fallas nu echt zijn begonnen.
Mooie desperta, het leeft, het loopt en het gooit tot dat met een/geen ons weegt.
Als kuddendieren richten het plein waar volgens mij de eerst fallas mascleta geschoten wordt.
Ik heb genoten van het filmpje.
Ik ben er helaas niet bij maar wens jullie veel plesier de komende periode.
via tvvi zal ik alles weer gaan volgen.
Hopenlijk oor ik nog wat van jullie als jullie daar zijn :cry:

EDIT:

damn, die was lekker! :D Begin ook met leuke kleuren dikke rook, daarna leek ie even stil te vallen, maar het werd al weer snel opgepakt met een mooi constant geknal. De finale was hard haha, ging weer genoeg af, lange salute-finale leek het, maar daarna ineens al die mines, te gek!!! :D Over 2 weken hoop ik hem live mee te maken!! :D

Voor de liefhebbers heb ik de link teruggevonden van de mascleta's van 2007.
Van 1 t/m 19 maart staan ze er allemaal op.

Ook errug goede mascletas daar die al vanaf 23 feb bezig zijn en zeker het bekijken waard zijn om in de stemming te komen!!!

Ik krijg er meteen zin in. Niet dat ik ga, maar ook de gedachte aan mooi vuurwerk en na afloop koude sangria en San Miquel doen mij ook wel goed! Bij deze wens ik iedereen die nog gaan alvast hele fijne dagen toe!
