Op 29 oktober aanstaande vind er in Istanbul een grote vuurwerkshow plaats geschoten door het bekende Foti International Fire works uit Australie.

Fresh from the APEC display on Sydney Harbour, and renowned worldwide for the Sydney New Year's Eve extravaganza displays, Foti International Fireworks will deliver the biggest display ever staged in historic Istanbul, Turkey.
The show will include 8 firing barges along the 4km-river route from the majestic Maiden Tower to the famous Bosphorous Bridge and will include an 800metre waterfall of fireworks.
The show will be seen across the City, a municipality of 14 million people, with 5 rooftop fireworks from around the central Taksim Square.
Republic Day on October 29 in Turkey celebrates the founding of the modern Republic of Turkey in 1923 by hero and "father of the Turks", Kemal Atatürk.
"It will be very symbolic to mark Republic Day on this majestic place that is the connection between the worlds of East and West, the dividing waterway of Asia and Europe, and with an Australia team helping mark the celebrations for the Turkish people," Fortunato Foti said.
The Australian team in Istanbul will comprise 22 people, with Australian designed and choreographed fireworks set to the music of famed Turkish composer Tuluyhan Ugurlu.
