Zat eerst nog te twijfelen of ik hier wat zou bestellen.. Zit lekker in de buurt maar blij dat ik dat niet gedaan heb. Trouwens nog geen reactie gelezen van de eigenaar?!

Hello everyone,
First of all, we hope that all have come well into the new year.
For the late reply and bad communication we apologize to all of you.
We ourselves have to work it all off first.
So that you understand why we do not report or very late, the following reasons
Our largest retail location (Delmenhorst) was banned after several dates with the city one day before the launch. We had to reschedule all the planned logistics for storage and also find a shop selling our goods. Thus, a clean delivery of all locations was no longer possible or very limited, since our bunkers are also about 1.5 hours away from us and in the opposite direction.
In Germany we also ship to customers. We have grown by 300% and our deadline for shipping has also been shortened by one week. All forces were thus tied to the bunkers and there is no internet connection and thus unfortunately only a very limited communication. In addition, our forwarder made many mistakes on delivery, so many phone calls had to be made with our shipping customers.
We are present almost every day at the bunkers and prepare the inventory. This is very big this year for the reasons mentioned above.
A short word about the sales location in Meppen. Unfortunately, the inflow was not as expected. There have not been enough customers and in 2019 we will only offer one pick-up station but no more local sales.
I hope that you can now understand a little, why we have not reported or report so late. We hope for your understanding here and will not offer any more local sales in Delmenhorst this year so we can concentrate more on the other locations.
P.S. From mid-February, we will start our large inventory sale with big discount advantages.

Beste Runge, last year (2018) there were a lot of products not in stock. Also the bad service to the (hollander) was not a reason to come back. Can you give me one good reason to trust you this year again. Because i dont drive to germany for fun and for products that are not in stock. And when im dissapointed that people can understand that and dont act grumpy.gr Arend

@Runge I have found this shop just today, after I read all pages and posts about communication, this shop is not appealing to me to be honest.
As I have to drive 80 Kms, I don't want to be surprised by having an incomplete order.
You are offering a great product range with great prices.
The dutch are happy to see discounts in the staffelform, buy more, gain more rabatt.
Just to get my interest going:
- is the communication going to be beter than last year?
- is Meppen or Leer becoming the pick up location, maybe an annually one?
- are we going to receive an order confirmation with the order numbers and pick-up date?
Voor nederlanders, gaan jullie/hebben jullie hier al iets besteld voor komende uiteinde en gaat er daarom iemand vanuit provincie groningen die kant op?

Ook nu weer laat een bericht van de duitse kant lang op zich wachten..lijkt me ook beter om er dus niet te bestellen. Daarbij de korting van maart of april mochten ze wel wat langer doorzetten wat mij betreft..
