    Mount Carmel Fireworks factory of Malta, 28 april 2007, de WINNAAR van het festival

    De 2de show, ''Flowers of Fire'', werd op 28 april geschoten door Mount Carmel Fireworks factory uit Malta. Dit is 1 van de 36 fabrieken die Malta rijk is.
    Wij hadden op de pontons al een paar "rioolpijpen" zien staan, wat inhoudt dat er ook grote calibers worden geschoten. Nou zijn grote calibers niet zaligmakend als de show verder niet goed loopt, maar hier was het de slagroom op het toetje.

    De show was goed opgebouwd en zeer afwisselend. De traditionele Maltese multibreaks werden gecombineerd met single shots, candles, sferische bommen, waterbommen en grondvuurwerk.
    Na een onderbreking van 15 min, omdat het Fire One schietsysteem het had begeven, werd het laatste stuk ingezet. Veel grote calibers, 12 en 15", waarbij effect en pistil een aantal keer van kleur veranderde, kortom prachtig.
    In de finale werd een 19" sferische bom geschoten waar op grote hoogte een heel blik rode peonies tevoorschijn kwam.
    Kijk en oordeel zelf en probeer een beetje door de rook heen te kijken.

    Een adembenemende show. Ik zit hier echt kippevel te krijgen.
    Hier wordt je echt lyrisch van. Ik zal deze video regelmatig terugkijken.
    De finale is huiveringwekkend. Met die geweldige pistils en de lucht vol peony,s.
    Grote klasse. Kan me nu dan ook pas een goede voorstelling geven hoezeer jullie van de shows genoten hebben.

    Last van de rook? Neen hoor, wel van die alarminstallaties die het constant begeven.

        Die film is geweldig !
        Wat een prachtshow, goed opgebouwd en grote shels uiteraard, met diverse mooie effecten.
        En die 19"...Tja wat valt daar over te zeggen.

              No Mount Carmel Fireworks Factory of Zurrieq - Malta isnt take part of the competition of Caput Lucis (Italy), St Mary Fireworks Factory Mqabba - Malta will take part of the competition of Caput Lucis, St Mary is also the winner of the International Fireworks Festival of Malta last year

                  In august of this year there is fireworks of Mount Carmel to on Malta, then every where on Malta there is fireworks hehe every day and night there will be fireworks

                  But we go back ontopic,

                    Hi, thanks for the correction Erik.

                    We will have a show next July from the 18th to the 22nd, the peak will be the 21st and the 22nd of July and then we will close the festival of next year at the Grand Harbour. Hope to see you here

                      i Think they must participate in other festivals like Hannover (germany), Nuits de Feu(France), Knokke-heist (Belgium), Montreal (Canada), Cannes (France) or other big contest or festival. Great show guys!

                        Thanks for your suggestions but here in Malta we are very limited in our production of fireworks since they are produced voluntary for our feasts.

                          Ik heb net een foto mogen ontvangen van iemand op Malta van een 19'''shell die vergelijkbaar is met de 19'' shell van de show van dit topic.

                          De shell van de foto gaat vanavond de lucht in, met als reden het feest van hun dorp.

                              Dear all,

                              Hope ur all ok.

                              Our feast was held between the 15th to the 22nd July.

                              We had great shows during this week especially on the 22nd with the grand final.
